HOW TO PREPARE DOKUDAMI TEA:
Dokudami Tea works best in a larger container or teapot, in order to blend all the different ingredients.
- Place 5g of tea in a teapot or container.
- Pour 150ml of hot water (95-100 °C) into the pot.
- Cover the teapot or container and wait for 120 seconds.
- Stir the tea gently and serve until the last drop is poured out.
- Enjoy your healthy wildflower tea!
You can make a second infusion by adding more water and waiting a little longer. To make ice tea, let stand until cool and then refrigerate.
