  • Its rigid structure does not easily warp or bend and it can withstand temperatures of up to 90 degrees Celsius.
  • It is dishwasher safe.
  • The stylish design includes two white sidelines which originate from its structure, with the name HASEGAWA applied to the side.
  • Its composition has received anti-bacterial accreditation in Japan.

  • Stop using the board when the wooden core is exposed.
  • When working on any cutting board, try and pull the blade in the sae direction when slicing.

----------------------------------

Hasegawa Corporation was founded in Chiba prefecture in 1955 as a ski materials manufacturer. Since skis have a wooden core sandwiched between plastic sheets which should never separate, to prevent injury, the company focused its research and development on 'adhesive lamination technology'. Through years of research, in-house knowledge and continuous improvement, Hasegawa Corporation has ensured it makes cutting boards that cannot be easily imitated.

The company philosophy is based on three pillars:

  • Developing and building on new technologies;
  • Ensuring the safety and security of all its products for everyday use;
  • Contributing to the food service industry through R&D.
