Japanese Dashi Pack
Original blend Japanese dashi packs are ideal for making a Japanese style broth. You can use it as the base for a miso soup, to make udon, or for any other simmered dish which requires a base stock.
Only local ingredients from the Shimanto river region and Kōchi Prefecture are used, emphasising food that is delicious, safe and natural.
- Contents: 8 x 10g sachets
- Instructions: Place one sachet in 400ml of water, boil for 3 minutes and remove
- Ingredients: Bonito flakes, Auxis bonito flakes, dried sardines, dried horse mackerel, mackerel and kelp. No salt added.
- Shelf life: One year
- Storage instructions: Keep in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate once opened
